Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 conducted operation against wanted person at Brgy. Putik, Zamboanga City at 2:00 PM of January 6, 2021.
The operation resulted in the arrest of John Ebrahim y Bacon, 50 years old, married of Morning Glory Putik, Zamboanga City. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest with Criminal Case No. 46074 for Violation of Sec 18, 19 and 22 (a) and (d) in relation to Sec 28 (e) of R.A no 1161 as amended by R.A 8282 (The Social Security Law) issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court branch 14 of Regional Trial Court Zamboanga City dated December 1, 2020 with recommended bail of ₱ 72,000.00 for his temporary liberty of the accused.
He is presently under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
