Four individuals charged for the crime of frustrated murder were arrested by personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 during police operation against wanted person at Elementary School Site, Brgy. San Roque, Zamboanga City at 2:30 PM of January 6, 2021.
Arrested were identified as Dexter Herrera y Cruz, 44 years old, male, single, Adonis Enriquez y Herrera, 37 years old, male, single, Joonie Enriuez y Herrera, 42 years old, male, single, John-john Enriquez y Herrera, 40 years old, male, single and all resident of Elementary School Site San Roque, Zamboanga City.
They were arrested by virtue of Warrant of arrest with Criminal Case no. 45778 for Frustrated Murder issued by Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 14, Zamboanga City dated November 20, 2020 with recommended bail bond of Two Hundred Thousand pesos (₱ 200,000.00) each accused for their temporary liberty.
They are presently under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
