Police personnel of Buug Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Payao Municipal Police Station, 1st Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company and Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office – Intel Branch conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 1, Brgy Sumilong, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 9:45 PM of December 19, 2020.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Neil Combista Palmes, 26 years old, male, married, jobless and a resident of aforementioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for the Crime Of Adultery docketed under Criminal Case No. 2906 issued by Hon. Jeanecel G. Vercide-Climaco, Presiding Judge, MTC, Buug, 9th Judicial Region, Buug dated December 11, 2020 with bail bond of ₱ 36,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of Buug MPS for commitment to court.
