Cebu City – Gimando ni President Rodrigo Duterte nga ang tanang international flights padung sa Mactan Cebu International Airport i-divert ngadto sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) sugod karong 12am sa Mayo 29 hangtud sa 11:59pm karong Hunyo 5, 2021.
Taliwa kini sa pag dumili sa mga local government units (LGUs) sa Sugbo pagtuman sa mga testing ug quarantine policies sa National Interagency Task Force (IATF).
Sa iyang uwahing order, mimando ang Presidente ngadto sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) ug sa Manila Airport Authority pag siguro sa hapsay nga diversion sa mga flights.

“Heads of departments shall ensure that all offices and instrumentalities under or attached to their departments abide by this directive, while the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) shall enforce compliance with respect to LGUs,” unod sa maong order.
Kini nagpasabot nga ang order ni Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia nga misukwahi sa national testing ug quarantine policies sa Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) dili na pagasundon sa mga pantalan sa Sugbo.
Una niini ang Provincial Capitol uban sa pag-uyon sa mga highly urbanized cities sa Sugbo, miluwat ug memorandum nga magtugot sa ROFs nga mag quarantine at home balig pito ka adlaw ug mag negatibo sila sa swat test nga ipahigayon sa ilang pag abot sa airport.
Kini misukwahi sa national policy nga mandatory 10 ngadto sa 14 ka adlaw nga quarantine sa tanang ROF bisan unsa may resulta sa testing.
Kadtong mo tugpa nga ROFs, labi na ang mga resident sa Sugbo, i swab sa ilang pag abot sa airport ug i quarantine sa facility nga gi accredited sa Department of Health (DOH).
