LTFRB Apprehended 3 Colorum Vehicles

Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Caraga Enforcers conducted simultaneous anti-colorum operations in Surigao City and Butuan City yesterday, March 26, 2021.

This led to the apprehension of three (3) vehicles for colorum violation.

One (1) taxi from Davao City was apprehended in Butuan City. Said vehicle was contracted for ₱ 8,000.00 by three (3) paying passengers.

Meanwhile, two (2) private vans from Cantilan, Surigao del Sur were apprehended in Surigao City. Said vehicles had eleven (11) and six (6) paying passengers, respectively.

Further, two (2) citation tickets were issued for breach of franchise conditions: no body markings and allowing passengers to board without face shield.
