An alleged member of lawless elements who was wanted for the crime of multiple murders was arrested by operatives of operatives of 905th Company of RMFB9, Sirawai MPS, Siocon MPS and military Intel agencies in a law enforcement operation carried out at Sitio Bunkhouse, Brgy. Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00 PM August 7, 2020.
PBGen. Jesus D. Cambay, Jr. PRO9 regional director identified the arrested as Bobosol Salasin Layas/Usman Bobosol, member of lawless elements operation in the said municipality, 72, married, resident of abovementioned place.
He has a pending warrant of Arrest for Multiple Murder with Criminal Case no. 2020-03-01(1932) and no bail recommended issued by Hon. Anthony D. Isaw, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated June 11, 2020.
He is now under the custody of Sirawai MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
