Latest Executive Order On Quarantine Status In Zambonga Del Sur, Released

Zamboanga del Sur – In accordance to Health protocol by national IATF, Gov Victor Yu signed EO No. 2021-20 lifting the MECQ and placing the entire province of ZDS under GCQ WITH HEIGHTENED RESTRICTIONS to take effect until July 31, 2021.

Highlights

Section 6. FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS
For:

1. interzonal travel allowed under this EO,
2. the presentation of a COVID-19 domestic vaccination card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment, or certificate of quarantine completion showing the holder’s vaccination status as may be issued by the Bureau of Quarantine, whichever is applicable,
3. shall be sufficient alternatives to any testing requirement which the LGU of destination may require. Provided, that the traveler shall undergo health and exposure screening upon arrival in the local government unit of destination. Provided further, that this shall likewise apply to fully vaccinated senior citizens.

An individual shall be considered as having been fully vaccinated for COVID-19:

1. More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose series, or
2. More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a single-dose vaccine.

iii. The vaccines administered to the individual are included in any of the following:

1. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration; or
2. Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization.

Section 7. Establishments, Persons, or Activities, ALLOWED

1. Food Preparation Establishment – Dine in 20%; Outdoor 50%
2. Personal Care Services such as:

• BEAUTY SALONS,
• BARBERSHOPS,
• BEAUTY PARLORS,
• MEDICAL AESTHETIC CLINICS,
• COSMETIC OR DERMA CLINICS,
• NAIL SPAS,
• REFLEXOLOGY,
• AESTHETICS,
• WELLNESS AND HOLISTIC CENTERS,
• ACUPUNCTURE
• ELECTROCAUTERY ESTABLISHMENTS

provided these establishments can only provide services that can accommodate the WEARING OF MASKS AT ALL TIMES by clients and service providers are allowed up to 30% venue capacity.

Personal Services that are NOT ALLOWED:

• MASSAGE THERAPY
• TANNING SERVICES
• BODY PIERCING & TATTOOING

1. OUTDOOR sport courts for NON-CONTACT SPORTS are allowed.

OUTDOOR sport courts for CONTACT SPORTS are NOT allowed.

INDOOR sport courts are NOT allowed.
