Surprised to receive a high electric bill?

Follow this easy steps to check whether you received an accurate bill:

STEP 1:

Locate your KWH meter by referring to “meter number” indicated in your electric bill.

STEP 2:

Compare “actual reading” in your KWH meter to the “present reading” indicated in your recent bill:

If “actual reading” is equal or greater than “present reading”, it means that you received an accurate bill. (END)

If “actual reading” is less than “present reading”, it means that you received an over-read bill. (Proceed to the next steps)

STEP 3:

Take a photo of your KWH meter showing a clear display of “actual reading” and “meter number” at the same time.

STEP 4:

Proceed to the nearest SURNECO Office and process complaint on your over-read bill. Show the photo of your KWH meter for validation.
