Pormal kini nga gidawat ni Atty. Jean Raiza Genobaten Yano, ang acting Regional Director sa RIAS-X ug ni Police Lt. Col. Henry Cay-as, nga mao ang Superintendent sa Misamis Oriental Provincial Affairs Service.
Atol sa iyang mensahe mapasalamaton si Atty. Yano ngadto kang Governor Bambi nga bisan ana-a nag-atubang ang lalawigan sa hagit sa pandemya nakahigayon kini sa pagtabang kanila.
