Senator Win Gatchalian, together with Valenzuela City Vice Mayor Lorie Natividad-Borja and Councilor Ricardo Ricarr Enriquez, arrived in CamSur last November 9 and personally turned over cash donations amounting to P1 million and 345 sacks of rice allocation to the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur.
Simultaneously, the cities of Iriga and Naga and municipalities of Nabua, Pili, Libmanan, Bato, Minalabac, Buhi, Tinambac, Calabanga, Bula, Baao, Lagonoy, Caramoan, Canaman, Garchitorena, San Fernando, Goa, Ocampo, Pacasao, and Balatan also received cash and in-kind donations of rice.
