During the Inauguration and Ribbon-Cutting of LTO Pili’s New License Facility, RD Ranches expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the people who made their efforts and those who lent a hand, which made this remarkable accomplishment of LTO Bicol possible.

“What started as a dream is now a reality. If we go back to the humble beginnings of this office, no one would imagine that the PMVIC (Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center) of this Capital Municipality will expand and host a Land Transportation Office. From a mere VREF (Vehicle Renewal Extension Facility) into an extension office of Naga, catering to renewal of driver’s license and registration, LTO Pili Extension Office can now process new license applications.”

“We would like to thank our Assistant Secretary and LTO Chief Atty. Vigor Mendoza ll for granting our request to activate the New License Facility of Pili Extension Office. We would also like to thank Mr. Cyril Velasco and the Velasco family for extending the necessary support to make this happen. My personal salute goes to the men and women behind LTO Pili headed by Chief Erick Torrecampo who steadfastly pushed for the continuous improvement of this office.”

“Hindi ako magtataka if someday, LTO Pili Extension Office will be converted into a regular district office. For the information of everybody, a congressional initiative has been proposed and I’m optimistic that this will be achieved soon. Thank you Operations Division, Chief Mr. Glenn Mancera for taking time to coordinate with Congressman Gabriel Bordado, who initially introduced the bill and now joined by Congressman Elizaldy Co, Congressman Romeo Acop, and Congressman Acharon, all are now the principal authors of the said bill which seeks to convert Pili Extension Office to a Regular District Office.”

RD Ranches added, “The Opening of the New License Facility of Pili is our humble way of promoting ‘𝙆𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙖’ during this Road Safety Month.”

Indeed, today is a blessed and happy day here in a Fixer-Free LTO Pili Extension Office.
