PBGEN Erosito N Miranda, RD, PRO 5, warmly welcomed His Excellency Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. upon his arrival at Naga City Airport for an official visit to key government projects in the province of Camarines Sur today, March 23, 2026. The visit formed part of the administration’s continuing efforts to assess and strengthen agricultural development and infrastructure initiatives in the Bicol Region.
In line with this high-level engagement, PBGEN Miranda directed the comprehensive implementation of a security plan to ensure a safe, orderly, and seamless visit. Central to this was the activation of the KASUROG (C.A.R.E.) or the Crowd Management Advanced Reactionary Force Engagement. This specialized operational framework focused on proactive crowd control, rapid response readiness, and coordinated deployment of police personnel across strategic locations. Security forces were carefully positioned to manage public interactions, secure venues, monitor movement routes, and address any contingencies in real time. The operation emphasized discipline, visibility, and community-friendly policing to maintain both safety and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the President’s engagements.
During the visit, President Marcos Jr. personally engaged with local farmers in Barangay San Agustin, San Ramon, Bula, Camarines Sur, where he inspected the Solar-Powered Pump Irrigation Project of the San Agustin–San Ramon Agrarian Reform Farmers’ Cooperative (SARFC). The President also visited the Bicol Mega Cold Storage Facility located in Barangay San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.
