Naga City — Police Brigadier General Andre P Dizon, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 5, led the police personnel of Naga City Police Office in a significant Interfacing and Talk to Men session with PBGen Josephus G Angan (Ret.), Commissioner of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), held on April 26, 2025, at Naga City Hall, J. Miranda Avenue, Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City, Camarines Sur.
The event served as a powerful platform to strengthen the police force’s unwavering commitment to integrity, professionalism, and service excellence. In his message, PBGEN Dizon emphasized the vital importance of upholding discipline, dedication, and compassion in every aspect of police work.
