Twenty-four (24) personnel of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of the municipality of Calabanga participated in the 4-day Basic Life Support and Standard First-Aid Training spearheaded by the skilled and well-trained responders of the Environment, Disaster Management and Emergency Response Office (EDMERO CAMSUR) of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur.
The Provincial Government, under the leadership Gov Luigi Villafuerte, highly believes in the importance of focusing and investing in comprehensive BLS training for the province’s responders as it not only equips them with essential life-saving skills but also boosts their confidence in handling and managing emergency situations, ultimately benefitting the well-being of their community and of those they serve.
