In observance of National Disaster Resilience Month, the City Government of Iriga, through its CDRRMO, launched the Road Safety and Vehicular Crash Response Training Course for the transport sector.
LTO Iriga District Office Chief Glenn A. Mancera served as a Resource Speaker during the opening program, emphasizing the importance of traffic discipline and strict compliance with transportation laws. The ongoing seminar series, scheduled from July 21 to 24, 2025, is being attended by TODA members and aims to strengthen awareness on road safety and proper crash response.
The event also serves as a venue for the distribution of official TODA plates to their rightful owners.
This initiative is in line with the directive of DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon and LTO Acting Chief Atty. Greg G. Pua Jr., and is supported by LTO Bicol Regional Director Allan Castillejos and Assistant Regional Director Vincent Nato.
