Iriga: Flag Ceremony highlights success of Tinagba Festival, Honors LGU Offices

The City Government of Iriga held its weekly flag-raising ceremony, this time spearheaded by the Office of the City Assessor under the leadership of Engr. Mario G. Aguja. The activity brought together city officials and employees in celebration of the recently concluded Tinagba Festival.

During the program, City Tourism Officer Engr. Nona Vanessa M. Santiago expressed her heartfelt appreciation to all participating offices and partners for their collective efforts that contributed to the festival’s success. She cited teamwork and coordination among offices as key factors in the smooth implementation of the various festival activities.

Vice Mayor Edsel S. Dimaiwat congratulated the local government and all involved offices for their cooperation and dedication. He also emphasized the importance of unity and shared responsibility in delivering quality public events that showcase Iriga City’s culture and tourism.

Mayor Rex Oliva likewise thanked everyone who contributed to the successful conduct of the Tinagba Festival and the celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. He noted that as a month-long celebration, more activities are still lined up in the coming days and encouraged continued support and participation. The Mayor also acknowledged the successful activities held over the past week and commended the concerned offices for their effective implementation.
