The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Bicol clinched the #1 spot as the top-performing office in handling 8888 Tickets during the 2023 Year-End Capability Building Seminar Workshop (Luzon Cluster) and Recognition of Top Performing Offices on January 15-18, 2024 at Ciudad Christia 9 Waves Resort, San Mateo, Rizal.
With an outstanding combined Compliance and Resolution Rate of 80.26%, DENR Bicol has outperformed all regional offices in Luzon, showcasing its dedication to efficiency and public service excellence.
Complementing this success, a seminar-workshop brought together 120 DENR Action Center/Hotline 8888 focal persons from various DENR offices. The workshop focused on optimizing operations across all DENR offices and crafting the inaugural DENR Action Manual of Operations (MOO) to ensure a consistent and high standard of service.
The DENR Bicol headed by Regional Executive Director (RED) Francisco E. Milla, Jr., CESO III reinforces its commitment in gearing up for additional initiatives aimed at elevating standards across all aspects of environmental stewardship in Bicol.“We are actively pursuing innovative strategies and collaborative efforts to ensure that our commitment to the public and the environment remains unparalleled,” RED Milla said.
