Iriga City has been honored as the Top 5 performer in the 2024 Regional SubayBayan Awards, receiving a Plaque of Commendation from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region V. This prestigious recognition underscores the city’s outstanding commitment to transparency and accountability in implementing locally funded projects through the SubayBayan Portal.
Mayor Rex C. Oliva together with DILG LGOO VI Sheela Medina, Engr. Eddie M. Belmonte and Engr. Niñalyn Amaro personally accepted the award during the ceremony held on December 16, 2024, at Proxy Hotel in Legazpi City, Albay.
