Paddles up for pride! The City Government of Iriga proudly congratulates Vince Enzo Niño Ibias, a Grade 10 student of Holy Child Educational Center, Inc., for securing 3rd PLACE in the Boys category of the Region 5 Junior Table Tennis Selection for the 2025 Asian Youth Games, held last May 5–6, 2025 in Virac, Catanduanes.
Vince stood out as the lone representative from Iriga City, competing with top young athletes from across Region V. He was accompanied by his coach, Mr. Dominic T. Bagacina, who provided guidance and support throughout the competition.
For his excellent performance, Vince will now advance to the National Selections on June 6–8, 2025, to be held at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City.
The City Government commends Vince for his dedication and for bringing pride to Iriga. As you take on the nationals, know that your fellow Irigueños are cheering you on every step of the way.
