The CamSur PDRRMC Team has arrived in Lahore, Pakistan, to participate in the International Rescue Challenge 2024 and the United Nations INSARAG Asia Pacific Earthquake Response Exercise (APERE) from October 21-26, 2024.
The team consists of four personnel from the Environment, Disaster Management and Emergency Response Office (EDMERO) of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, along with three officers from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Camarines Sur Provincial Office.
This competition aims to test and enhance the competencies of rescue teams in managing a variety of emergencies. It also provides an opportunity to share experiences, improve coordination, and exchange international best practices in emergency services.
