The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) RO5 spearheads the launching and roll out of the “Benteng Bigas Meron Na” Project for the minimum wage earners of Camarines Sur on June 26, 2025 held at the 2nd Floor, CRTD Hall, Lemon Residences, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.
The DOLE Camarines Sur ceremonial launching of this rice subsidy initiative is in partnership with the Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) thru its member establishment – the Naga College Foundation (NCF) for their minimum income workers to at least help them ease the burden of food cost as their way of support to the President’s flagship program on food security, social equity, and economic recovery.
Said activity was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture (DA), Nationa Food Authority (NFA) – Camarines Sur, and the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).
