On May 15, 2025, the Albay Provincial Agricultural Office (APAO) participated in the opening of the Farmers’ Festival, which supports local agri-enterprises at the Covered Court in San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
This event coincides with the celebration of St. Isidore the Farmer’s feast. The two-day festival commenced alongside the Kadiwa sa Department of Agriculture (DA) MOA signing, led by the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD).
Additionally, the festival featured the launch of a book titled taMEMES: Bicol Agricultural Memes, designed to inspire the youth.
More than 50 exhibitors from various provinces in Bicol took part in the event.
Provincial Agriculturist Cheryll O. Rebeta and Assistant Provincial Agriculturist Daryl John O. Buenconsejo attended to show their support for farmer exhibitors and promote agri-enterprises.
Furthermore, APAO assists local producers by ensuring they are prepared for exhibiting and marketing activities.
