The province of Albay will play host to the upcoming Regional Hospital Week Celebration 2024, with the provincial government at the helm through the Albay Provincial Health Office (APHO) and other partner agencies this coming August 5 to 9.
Said celebration will test the mettle of hospital personnel from Albay, Sorsogon, Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte.
The weeklong celebration will showcase friendly competitions in various sports disciplines plus some fun-filled activities.
As the host province, the provincial government facilitated a meeting the other day through the APHO and discussed matters relating to the upcoming celebration.
PHO pushed for the finalization of the program and role designations, highlighting the discussion regarding the scheduling of games, welcoming delegates, accountable personnel, and its respective venues.
Furthermore, concerns regarding other activities such as the Fellowship Night & Battle of the Bands and Mrs. & Mr. Hospital Week were given clarification and approval of all attendees.
Said meeting was attended by the members of APIO, PGO, BU IPESR, PYDO, PGSO, CSU and APHO.
