Iriga: Aguja shines in 2nd international event and brings home another gold medal

John Andre G. Aguja displayed his exceptional talents once again by winning first place in the XCO 15-17 Category during the Coupe de Japon in Yawatahama, Japan sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale.

This marks the second international event Aguja has won first place in and the third medal overall, after winning in the Thailand MTB Cup last March.

Aguja outperformed Japanese rising stars and prevailed against varying race track conditions, showcasing his versatility. This win sets him up as a force to be reckoned with in the Asian MTB circuit, making Irigueños and Filipinos proud.
