Kicking off the academic year with Oplan: Balik Eskwela 2025, LTO Bicol, led by Regional Director Allan Castillejos and Assistant Regional Director Vincent Nato, took proactive steps to ensure a safe school opening.
The LTO Naga District Office conducted a Road Safety Awareness campaign at Sabang Elementary School, educating students, parents, and teachers on traffic rulesโespecially the safe use of motorcycles. Road safety flyers were also distributed.
This initiative aligns with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon, and LTO Chief Asec. Atty. Vigor Mendoza II in bringing government services closer to the people and ensuring public safety.
