Legazpi City โ Coaches and officials from across the region gathered today, March 23, 2025, at the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation for the Palarong Bicol 2025 Solidarity Meeting, emphasizing the importance of discipline in sports.
Regional Director RD Sadsad underscored the need for athletes and coaches to uphold discipline both on and off the field. โDiscipline must be instilled among athletes and coaches. If you are truly disciplined as a person, you would practice it even if no one is watching you,โ Sadsad stated.
The meeting covered key topics such as competition guidelines, sportsmanship, and safety measures. Officials also discussed strategies to ensure fair officiating and proper athlete conduct throughout the tournament.
Coaches pledged to reinforce discipline within their teams, recognizing its role in fostering integrity and excellence in sports. The Palarong Bicol 2025 is set to take place in April, featuring the regionโs top young athletes in various events.
