With the theme, 𝘈 𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘤𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦, LTO Bicol honors its outstanding employees and partner stakeholders during the 2025 Gabi ng Parangal held on February 21, 2025, at Sundaze Events Hall, Sundaze Dormitel, Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City.
Atty. Daisy Punzalan Bragais, Regional Director of the CSC Region V as the Guest of Honor and Speaker shared in her message the importance of going above and beyond the call of efficient public service.
RD Francisco P. Ranches Jr., CESO VI, led the 2025 Gabi ng Parangal together with ARD Vincent O. Nato which aim to recognize exemplary employees, top-performing district offices, and esteemed partner stakeholders whose dedication and contributions have significantly advanced LTO Bicol’s mission.
Notable heads of agencies and executives graced the event such as Police Regional Office 5 RD PBGEN Andre Dizon, Department of Tourism V RD Herbie Aguas and Department of Public Works and Highways Bicol ARD Brigildo Fabia. DENR EMB V RD Maria Socorro Abu was represented by Ms. Kristina Sabareza.
The 2025 Gabi ng Parangal was attended by district chiefs, division chiefs, executive committee members and LTO Bicol employees.
More than an awards ceremony, this event is a tribute to individuals and organizations whose unwavering commitment continues to elevate the standards of public service and promote a safer and more progressive Bicol Region.
