Davao Oriental: A total of 32,372 Home Quarantine Passes will be distributed to 26 barangays in the City of Mati. Three barangays have already received their HQPs and more barangays will receive in the next days.
Only one HQP is alloted for every household regardless of how many families. The HQP is NOT FOR SALE and must bear the signature of the barangay captain.
Only one member of the household is allowed to go out of the house in any given time to buy food, medicines and other needs of the family, as well as throw garbage.
For those who are working, you do not need a HQP but you must show your company ID or any other proof of employment to the barangay personnel.
For case to case basis situations, the barangay captain will have the final decision provided that the general rule of “only one household member can go out at any given time” is strictly followed.
Senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women are discouraged to use the HQP unless during emergencies. (CIO MATI)
