Hacking incident transpired at Purok 2, Barangay Liba, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:10 PM of August 7, 2020, wherein victim identified as Larry Siton Equit, 29 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Liba, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur was hacked by his cousin identified as Joel Engcanan Equit, of legal age, of same place.
The victim sustained hacked wound on his right arm and left hand and brought to Bayog Rural Health unit for medication. The suspect fled the scene after the incident.
PNP personnel of Bayog MPS are now conducting hot pursuit operation for the possible arrest of the suspect. Motive of the incident was believed to be personal grudge.
