Hacking incident occurred at Sitio Caña, Brgy. Sangali, Zamboanga City at about 11:00 PM of November 1, 2020. The victim was identified as Rodel Delos Reyes Pajarito, 42 years old, male, married and a resident of abovementioned place. The suspect was identified as Albert Napalcruz Bandojo, 52 years old, male, married, of Purok 5, Barangay Sangali, Zamboanga City.
Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the said victim and suspect was playing billiard (pool games) when suddenly both of them had a heated argument. Said suspect went home to get his bolo and after his return without words or provocation he immediately hacked the victim.
Moreover, said victim sustained hacked wounds on his left hand and right knee and was immediately brought to Mindanao Central Sanitarium for immediate medical attention while suspect fled towards unknown direction.
Zamboanga City Police Station 3 is now conducting hot pursuit operation for the immediate arrest of the identified suspect.(PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
