Gov. Lalo Matugas Issued Executive Order No. 20-012

Gov. Lalo Matugas issued Executive Order No. 20-012 declaring the whole Province of Surigao del Norte under a state of ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (ECQ).

The Philippine National Police, Philippine Army, Philippine Coastguard and other Law Enforcement Officers are hereby ordered to ensure compliance with these ECQ policies.
