D06ated 16 March 2020 providing for “Alternative Work Arrangements in the Workforce of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte” as a measure against the spread of COVID-19.
Provincial employees may opt to render service either in a 4-day workweek arrangement or shifting (existing 24/7 shifting schedule or shifting of assignments to perform frontline services).
All component Local Government Units of this Province are hereby encouraged to adopt this Memorandum Order.
