Davao del Sur: A Drug Buy Bust operation was conducted by Sta Cruz MPS together with PDEU DSPPO and PDEA agents with PDEA Pre-Ops number 30004-032020-0099 @ BALONG at Prk Perlas, Brgy Bato, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
Said operation successfully arrested one RONALD NOTARTE BADERAS alias BALONG, 36 years old, single, former member of Philippine National Police(PNP) ,a resident of Prk 6, Barayong, Magsaysay Davao del Sur.
Recovered from the suspect are three (3) small heat-sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU, One Thousand (PHP 1,000.00) pesos bearing SN VP490245 and one (1) unit cellular phone color blue with rubber case color black (“HUAWEI BRAND”), one (1) piece and one (1) piece disposable lighter color orange. Inventory and tagging of recovered evidences was witness by Brgy. Kag.Joseph Rebuyon of Brgy Bato, Mr. Ramon P Susano Jr, media representative and Mr. Rolando Patos from DOJ.
Arrested drug suspect is listed in the Directorate for Intelligence watchlist as Street Level Target.
The suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights and is now under the custody of Sta Cruz MPS for proper disposition and filing of appropriate charges.
