Camp Col. Romeo A. Abendan, Zamboanga City – A 22 year old female member of New People’s Army voluntarily surrendered to the 2nd Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company in Brgy. Sanito, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 5:30 PM of December 7, 2020.
PBGEN. Ronaldo L. Llanera, Officer-In Charge, PRO9 identified the surrendered NPA member as Jomilyn C. Dominisac, 22 years old, single and a resident of Brgy. Pancilan, Sapad, Lanao Del Norte.
The NPA female member surrendered to the authorities after the series of negotiation initiated by the police personnel of 2nd Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company to the 22 year old female amazon with the help of previously surrendered NPA members.
Accordingly, the said person was a newly graduate of (PADIPA) under Association Lecturing Program of New People’s Army led by Kumander War2x & Sabel of Flex A. She is now under the custody of Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office for further investigation and debriefing.
Jomilyn C. Dominisac is set to be enrolled in the Government’s Enhance Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) and will be receiving a reintegration assistance, immediate assistance, livelihood assistance, and access to government services and medical assistance.
Meanwhile, PBGEN. Llanera encouraged the active members of the NPA operating in the region to lay down their arms and return to the folds of the law as the government will help and support them thru the Task Force –ELCAC.
