Road crash accident transpired at Purok Quirino, Brgy. Poblacion, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay Province at about 5:30 PM of December 8, 2020 involving one (1) unit Toyota fortuner, color white, bearing plate number AHL 596 driven by Jamnaire Ibra Ditucalan, 28 years old, single, on board four (4) passengers identified as Abdul Masanang Ditucalan, Abdul Rauf Macaayaw Calandada, Fatima Ditucalan, Aisah Acmad Ibra, all residents of Purok Bagong Lipunan, Brgy. Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Initial investigation disclosed that the said vehicle was travelling from Marawi City going to Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province and upon reaching at the place of accident, the front right tire of said vehicle accidentally blowout that resulted the vehicle to stumbled down and dragged into the opposite lane. as a result, the driver and passengers sustained injuries and was immediately brought to WPM hospital for medical treatment, however one of the passengers identified as Abdul Masanang Ditucalan was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
Further, the vehicle was temporarily at the accident site for further investigation.
