Police personnel of Dumingag Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. Mark Gerome P. Nebria together with personnel from Oroquieta City Police Station (CPS) (Misamis Occidental) and 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 1, Brgy. New Basak, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at 6:00 PM of October 2, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Servano Fiel Hamilit, 44 years old, single, farmer, and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. New Basak, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 10591, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2018-105, issued by Presiding Judge, RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 12, Oroquieta City dated September 3, 2020.
Arrested accused was brought to Dumingag MPS for documentation and subsequently turned-over to Oroquieta CPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
