Police personnel of Pagadian City Police Station (CPS) led by PCPT. Harry R. Velez together with the operatives of CIDG-9 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Bangus, Brgy. White Beach, Pagadian City at 7:15 PM of October 2, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Virgilio Traya Alcasid, 50 years old, male, with live-in-partner, construction worker, and a resident of Purok Sampaguita, Brgy. Napolan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. 15192-2k20, issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 18, Pagadian City dated September 23, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
