A farmer who was wanted for the crime of attempted murder was arrested by police elements of Pitogo Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Tambid, Brgy. Tongao, Pitogo Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:30 PM of October 18, 2020. Arrested was identified as Danilo Duhaylungsod Luzon, 52 years old, farmer, married and a resident of Brgy. Tongao, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was nabbed by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Attempted Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 17-175 issued by Hon. Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge of Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur dated November 6, 2017 with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 120, 000.00.
He is now under the custody of Pitogo MPS for proper disposition.
