| Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte- The personnel of Kalawit MPS led by PO2 Julpikal S Absari – Investigator proceeded at Labason MPS to receive the arrested Kalawit Municipal Police Station wanted person named Welson Mangayao Lipapac, 35 years old, Filipino, male, married, farmer and a resident of Lawigan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte.
Subject accused was arrested by Joint elements of Labason MPS and 901st MC, RMFB9 at Lawigan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of standing warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Oscar D. Tamarong of Branch 28 RTC 9th Judicial Region Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated February 13, 2018 for the crime of Rape in relation to R.A. 7610 docketed as a criminal case.
At about 10:00am of November 15, 2018, said personnel properly received the living body of subject person and brought to Kalawit Municipal Health Unit for medical examination.
