Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte- Rape has been one the biggest crimes now in our country, and the province of Zamboanga del Norte was not been able to get away from this crime.
On November 15, 2018, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog CPS led by PI RENE BORGONIA SAGAN – Chief, Intelligence together with SPO3 Federico Agad Lacay and SPO3 Rey Baculio Marcojos arrested one ROLITO BANGCAL BAYHONAN, 34 years old, Married, construction worker and a resident of Purok Duranta, Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon – Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated July 26, 2018 for RAPE by Sexual Assaualt (2 counts) and QUALIFIED RAPE (4 Counsts), with recommended bail bond amounting to One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos [₱120,000.00] each case for his temporary liberty. While the two other cases has no bail bond recommended.
Accused is now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition and was arrested at Purok Duranta, Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City through intel driven and now.(Lyza Merille Bautista)
