Face To Face Gatherings In Prosperidad, Agusan Del Sur Suspended Until June 3, 2021

The Municipal Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID-19 in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur released Resolution No. 17, Series of 2021 otherwise known as “A RESOLUTION SUSPENDING ALL FACE-TO-FACE ACTIVITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR FROM MAY 20 TO JUNE 3, 2021.”

Section 1. Suspension of Face-to-Face Activities. Activities involving face-to-face gatherings are hereby suspended from May 20 to June 3, 202, such as, but not limited to the following:

  1. Church Masses and other religious gatherings (Fiesta, etc.);
  2. Meetings and Trainings;
  3. Contact Sports (Basketball, etc.); and
  4. Recreational indoor sports (Billiards, etc)
  5. Wake may only be allowed for a maximum of three (3) days while non-essential gatherings such as celebrations of birthday, weddings or anniversaries are strictly prohibited in public places.

Section 1.1. Street Foods. Vendors engaged in selling street foods (Kwek0kwek, fishball, etc.) in public places may only accommodate buyers for take-out.

Section 2. Strict Enforcement of Minimum Health Protocols. All persons participating in the above-proposed venues shall observe the minimum public health protocols as follows:

1.1 Wearing of Face Mask and Face Shield;

1.2. Physical Distancing of at least two (2) meters;

1.3. Hand Washing and Foot Bath upon entry and exit;

1.4. Temperature Check through Thermal Scanning upon entry; and

1.5. Scanning of QR Code upon entry.

Non-compliance to the above protocols may cause the immediate arrest of violators and be penalized under existing Ordinances. Establishment found to be violating the above protocols may be closed on the day the violation was made. The PNP Prosperidad and MDRRMO are hereby authorized to make the necessary monitoring.

Section 2. Curfew. Curfew hours shall be followed based on existing Ordinance.

Section 3. Strict Monitoring of Home Quarantine. Violators for Home Quarantine shall be penalized in accordance with law.
