Police personnel of Regional Intelligence Division 9 together with the personnel of COMELEC and Zamboanga City Police Station 11 conducted entrapment operation in relation with alleged falsification of public documents at Mayor Cesar C. Climaco Ave, Brgy. Zone I, Zamboanga City in front of Ok Department Store at 11:30 AM of September 23, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Andizza Udja Asadil, 27 years old, female, married and a resident of Pantano, Brgy. San Roque, Zamboanga City. Confiscated from her possession and control were fake voter’s ID of said subject person and voter’s ID of Julius Serna Jaime, cellular phone and ten pieces of ₱100.00 bills (₱ 1, 000.00) as mark money.
Investigation disclosed that based on the statement of the complainant subject person posted on her face book account (Anne Asadil) that she is a document assistant of COMELEC9 who makes voters identification. This prompted Atty. Stephen Roy Canete of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to seek the assistance of PNP to conduct entrapment operation on the subject.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
