- Patient 147: A 48-year-old male from Central Barangay, Dipolog City without travel history outside the province. Patient manifested cough and colds last October 18, 2020, and was admitted at Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center on October 19, 2020 and was swabbed the following day. Patient is comorbid with asthma, and is still admitted.
- Patient 148: A 48-year-old female, resident of Brgy. Dicayas Dipolog City with no known travel history outside the province. Patient developed cough on October 16, 2020. She was admitted on October 19, 2020 at Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center and was subsequently swabbed the following day. Patient is still admitted.
- Patient 149: A 56-year-old male from Brgy. Upper Turno, Dipolog City with no significant travel history outside the province. Patient manifested cough with shortness of breath on October 16, 2020. He sought medical attention on October 17, 2020 at Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center which led to his admission and RT-PCR specimen collection was done. He died on his date of admission. Patient had Diabetes and Hypertension.
- Patient 150: An 80-year-old male from Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City with no significant travel history outside the province. Last October 14, 2020, he developed cough and was admitted on October 16, 2020 at Corazon C. Aquino Hospital. Swab Test was done on October 19, 2020. He is comorbid with hypertension. Patient is still admitted.
- Patient 151: An 80-year-old female from Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City with no significant travel history outside the province. On October 15, 2020, she developed cough and was admitted at Corazon C. Aquino Hospital on October 16, 2020. Swab Test was done on October 19, 2020. She is comorbid with Diabetes. Patient is still admitted.
- Patient 152: A 15-year-old female from Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City with no significant travel history outside the province. On October 13, 2020, she developed cough and was admitted at Corazon C. Aquino Hospital on October 16, 2020. Swab Test was done on October 19, 2020. Patient is still admitted.
- Patient 153: A 50-year-old female from brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City with no significant travel history outside the province. Last October 14, 2020, she manifested colds with altered sense of taste and was admitted on October16, 2020 at Corazon C. Aquino Hospital. Swab Test was done on October 19, 2020. She is comorbid with hypertension and diabetes. Patient is still admitted.
- Patient 154: A 28-year-old female, resident of Brgy Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, with no known travel history outside the province. She has been exposed to patient 070. She was swabbed on October 12, 2020. Patient is asymptomatic and currently isolated.
- Patient 155: A 60-year-old female from Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City, with no known travel history outside the province. Patient has been exposed to patient 090. She was swabbed on October 12, 2020. Patient is currently isolated.
- Patient 156: A 51-year-old male local of Brgy. Poblacion East, Salug with no significant travel history outside the province. Patient has been exposed to patient 094. He developed cough on October 3, 2020 and was put to isolation thereafter. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on October 12, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
- Patient 157: A 24-year-old female from Brgy. Poblacion East, Salug with no significant travel history outside the province. Patient developed colds on October 8, 2020 and was put to isolation thereafter. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on October 12, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
