Electrocution incident occurred at Nazareth Drive, Culianan, Zamboanga City at about 4:20 PM of September 26, 2020. The victim was identified as Rolly Gabriara, 39 years old, married, stay-in construction worker of LK Construction Company located at Nazareth Drive, Culianan, Zamboanga City with permanent residence of KM 21 Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was working at the construction site carrying deformed bars. While carrying the deformed bars accidentally hit the barb wires which have contact to the electric wires that causes the incident.
The co-workers immediately brought the victim to Mindanao Central Sanitarium hospital for medical treatment but pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician.
