Epektibo na ito ngayong araw Marso 17 hanggang matapos ang Holy week sa Abril 12, 2020.

Ayon sa pangulo, ito ay dahil sa napaulat na mayroon na ring kaso ng coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) sa labas ng Metro Manila.

Sa ilalim ng enhanced community quarantine, magiging limitado ang galaw ng residente ng buong Luzon kung kaya’t ang mga trabaho sa pribado at pampublikong sektor ay isasailalim sa work at home arrangement.

Dahil sa istriktong home quarantine, bawal nang lumabas ang mga residente ng Luzon maliban na lamang kung bibili ng kailangang suplay gaya ng pagkain at gamot.
