About 11:50 o’clock in the evening of January 26, 2020, joint elements of PDEA Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Office and PNP Dipolog CDEU conducted drug buy operation and also dismantled a drug den at Brgy. Minaog, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the successful arrest of the suspects identified as Aldy Ranot, Christine Joy Samonte Pahuay, Abie Alliyah Reforma Mercado, Xyrell Dionaldo Flores, Anjolina Amurao Divinagracia all were residing at Sitio Tambak, Minaog, Dipolog City and confiscation of more or less 25 grams of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu. Confiscated items during the operation were: one (1) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu” (object of sale), one (1) piece big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu” (possession), five (5) pieces aluminum foil serves as gutter of buy-bust evidence, ten (10) pieces aluminum foils serve as tooter, four (4) pieces improvised aluminum foil used as flame reducer, one (1) piece five hundred peso bill bearing with serial number S816935 served as buy-bust money, five (5) pieces improvise lighter usually used in pot session, one (1) piece LG cellphone color black, one (1) piece cherry mobile cellphone color black. Recovered drug items weighed more or less twenty-five (25) grams and with Dangerous Drug Board Value of more or less two hundred thousand pesos (P200, 000.00). Arrested suspects and the confiscated items are now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition and filing appropriate charge/s in court for violation of Section 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15 and Section 26 in relation to Section 5, Art II of RA 9165.
