Ang pagsalmot sa mga personahe gihimo ubos sa pagpangulo ni PCMS Vincent B Jasma ubos sa superbisyon sa PCPT NAJIB B ALIP, OIC ug gitambongan ni Hon. Jelster Ed T Quimbo uban sa mga personahe sa Local Government Unit (LGU), Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Bureau of Fire Protection, Rural Health Unit (RHU) staff, Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) personnel, mga residente sa Barangay Gabu,barangay officials, ug mga barangay tanod.
Kini nga kalihokan nagpasiugda sa pagpanalipod sa kinaiyahan, partisipasyon sa komunidad, ug kolaborasyon sa inter-agency.(MEDALYN U. BORJA)
