Gipangulohan ang delegasyon ni Jail Warden CINSP Manuel U. Calibo, uban nila si Assistant Warden SINSP Romeo Banas Jr., Chief Security and Control Officer INSP Larry C. Recamara, Unit Community Service Officer SJO1 Shiela B. Dela Victoria, ug Unit Welfare and Development Officer SJO1 Rechel M. Ozaraga.
Ang maong pagbisita nagtinguha sa pagpalig-on sa panag-uban tali sa BJMP ug sa lokal nga kagamhanan sa Dipolog aron mapadayon ang paningkamot sa kalinaw, rehabilitasyon sa mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), ug aktibong partisipasyon sa mga programa sa komunidad.(Jumalisa Papa)
