Ang duha-ka-andana nga DTC nagsilbing learning space diin libre nga magamit sa publiko ang mga computer ug internet facilities, lakip ang access sa mga oportunidad sa edukasyon, trabaho ug entrepreneurship pinaagi sa mga resources ug network niini.
Mitambong isip guest of honor si DICT Assistant Secretary for Regional Development June Vincent Manuel Gaudan, kinsa nagpasiugda sa importansya sa pakigtambayayong sa nagkadaiyang sektor aron magamit ang ICT isip instrumento sa digital transformation ug pagpalig-on sa mga komunidad.
Sa wala pa ang unveiling, nakigkonsultasyon si Gaudan uban ni DICT Regional Director Cheryl C. Ortega kang Zamboanga del Norte Governor Darel Dexter T. Uy aron hisgutan ang mga oportunidad alang sa pakigtambayayong sa pagpauswag sa ICT ug digital development sa probinsya.
