Malampusong gipahigayon sa Poverty Reduction Livelihood and Economic Cluster (PRLEC) Lead Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)-Zamboanga del Norte ang Consultation Meeting adtong Abril 20, 2022 didto sa Zamboanga del Norte Cultural and Sports Center ning dakbayan sa Dipolog.
Atol sa maong meeting gipresentar ni PSTC-Zamboanga del Norte Provincial S&T Director Nuhman M. Aljani sa DOST-IX, ang mga programa ug serbisyo sa ahensya isip suporta ngadto sa National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).
Ang maong kalihokan gipangunahan ug gipasiugdahan kini sa Poverty Reduction Livelihood and Economic Cluster (PRLEC) uban sa mga Barangay LGU’s.
Lakip sa nitambong sa maong meeting ang mga representante gikan sa 25 ka mga ka priority barangays sa 10 ka lungsod sa Zamboanga del Norte, nga mao ang Mutia, Siayan, Gutalac, Sergio Osmeña, Sindangan, Kalawit, uban usab sa Baliguian, Leon B. Postigo, Katipunan, ug Godod.
Mitambong usab sa maong panagtipon ang nagkalain-laing ahensya sa gobyerno nga gilambigitan sa Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)  Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), National Intelligence Coordinating Agency, Cooperative Development Authority, didto usab ang Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Department of Agrarian Reform, Land Bank of the Pilipinas, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, nitambong sab  ang Department of Education, Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Information Agency, ug ang Department of Public Works and Highways.
